Mint Lamb — Grilled lamb marinated in garlic, white wine, mint, lemon, and a fresh herbal blend.
Strawberry Salad — Fresh mixed greens topped with an abundance of sliced strawberries and shaved coconut, drizzled with our homemade raspberry vinaigrette.
Coconut Fish — Flakey white fish roasted to perfection in coconut juice & fresh lemon, sprinkled with coconut and green onions.
Blueberry Quinoa Tabouleh – A refreshing blend of chopped parsley and fresh mint, red pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, and onions, topped with ripe blueberries.
