Roaming the open pampas of Southern Brazil, generations of Brazilian gauchos have established a legacy of grilling on an open pit fire. That heritage lives on today at Rodizio Grill in every cut of top sirloin, every thin slice of tri-tip. Join us this September as we celebrate our roots during Gaucho Favorites, a season of special menu additions dedicated to the legacy of the Gaucho.
