Cue
The Cue

The red, yellow, and green cue will be your link to getting all the meats that your heart desires.

When you're ready for meat service, turn your cue to green. Our Brazilian Gauchos will rotate sizzling skewers of meat to your table slicing them to your desired temperature. Just ask if you prefer medium-rare, medium or well-done.
 
Remember that you are in control. Turn the cue to red if you'd like to take a break or just slow down, and then turn the cue to green for more.
